7. What is your refund policy for mutual divorce cases?

For Resident Indians:

  • The initial payment of ₹5,000 is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a hearing scheduled after making the payment of ₹15,000, you can receive a refund of ₹10,000 up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

For NRIs:

  • The initial payment of ₹10,000 is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a hearing scheduled after making the payment of ₹20,000, you can receive a refund of ₹15,000 up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
