If your spouse does not reply with “Yes” or explicitly refuses consent, we cannot proceed with the mutual divorce process. This is because a mutual divorce requires agreement from both parties.

Please note:

• FAM Legal specializes exclusively in mutual divorce cases. We do not handle contested or one-sided divorce matters.
• If your spouse refuses consent, you will need to consult another Law Firm who handles contested divorce cases.
• The ₹1,000 fee you paid is non-refundable, as it covers the service of drafting and sending the formal email to your spouse, which has already been completed.
