If your spouse does not reply with “Yes” or explicitly refuses consent, we cannot proceed with the mutual divorce process. Mutual divorce requires agreement from both parties.

We do not send follow-up emails, as it may be perceived as harassment or pressure. Divorce is a sensitive personal matter, and we respect your spouse’s choice not to respond.

Important Notes:

• FAM Legal specializes exclusively in mutual divorce cases. We do not handle contested or one-sided divorce matters.
• If your spouse refuses consent, you will need to consult another law firm that handles contested divorce cases.
• The ₹1,000 fee is non-refundable, as it covers the service of drafting and sending the formal email to your spouse, which has already been completed.
