For Resident Indians:

• Total Fee: ₹45,000 (covers both parties in court)
• Payable in 4 installments:
  • 1st Payment: ₹1,000 – Divorce Application
  • 2nd Payment: ₹9,000 – Divorce Petition
  • 3rd Payment: ₹15,000 – First Motion
  • 4th Payment: ₹20,000 – Second Motion

For NRIs:

• Total Fee: ₹60,000 (covers both parties in court)
• Payable in 4 installments:
  • 1st Payment: ₹1,000 – Divorce Application
  • 2nd Payment: ₹9,000 – Divorce Petition
  • 3rd Payment: ₹25,000 – First Motion
