- Cancellation of Services a. Consultation Services: If you have booked a consultation with us, you may cancel it to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. b. As these resources are freely accessible, there is no cancellation required. c. Case Fee: If you have scheduled a hearing, you may cancel the hearing up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Refund Policy a. Consultation Services: If you cancel a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will be eligible for a refund of ₹1,000 for Video Call Consultation and ₹2,000 for Physical Consultation. b. Informational Services: As our informational resources are freely accessible, no refund is applicable for these services. Case Fee: The initial payment of ₹5,000 for Resident Indians and ₹10,000 for NRIs is non-refundable. If you have scheduled a hearing after making the payment of ₹15,000 for Resident Indians & ₹20,000 for NRIs; and you cancel the hearing up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will be eligible for a refund of ₹10,000 for Resident Indians and ₹15,000 for NRIs. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. Please note that any transaction fees charged by the payment processor may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exceptions a. No-shows or Late Cancellations: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation or hearing without prior cancellation or if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will not be eligible for a refund. b. Unsatisfactory Consultations: We strive to connect you with qualified professionals; however, the outcome and satisfaction of the consultation may vary. MutualDivorceLawyer.co.in does not guarantee specific results or the quality of services provided by the lawyers. Therefore, refunds will not be provided based on the satisfaction or outcome of the consultation.
